You Gotta Fight for Your Right to Blog
San Francisco is trying to enact blogging laws that would force local bloggers to register with the city Ethics Commission if they blog about local politics. Sniff, sniff. Is that a first amendment violation I smell?San Francisco based Blogs that mention candidates for local office that receive more than 500 hits may be forced to pay a registration fee and will be subject to website traffic audits.Seems a bit shady, if you ask me.
