J C Penney's: Its All Inside... of Super K

Yay! Something is going into the old Super K Mart building in Montrose! Oh wait, it's a J.C. Penney's. That'll make my Grandma happy.

After two years in retail limbo, the giant empty box that once housed Super K in Montrose will be divided up and given new life as a J.C. Penney store and a Levin Furniture showroom.

J.C. Penney has signed a lease to turn about 95,000 square feet of the space into a free-standing store, its first in Ohio. Levin Furniture, a regional chain of midpriced furniture stores, is expected to finalize its lease within days. [...]

The store [Penney's] is targeted to open in November in time for the holiday shopping season.

Great. I have a new place to return ugly sweaters to on December 26th.
