Mike Terry Benefit this Weekend

This weekend, May 13th and 14th, is the Mike Terry Memorial Benefit Concert. The benefit, presented by R/E Nightclub and the band Hatecore Inc, will debut R/E Nightclub's recently remodeled second stage. This will enable constant live music from 16 bands.

This two day extravaganza for the family of Mike Terry will begin Friday the 13th at 7 pm and feature SoulShine, Thoht, Factor 69, Liquid Earth, Vatic Asylum, MojoFilter and SoulBent. Day two will start at 5 pm with music from Naos, Baptized in Blood, Downtrod, Social Downfall, TruAge, WMD, Hatecore Inc, At No End and CounterVeil. There will be raffles throughout the night, so bring some extra cash for when you see something you want.

Tickets for the Mike Terry Memorial Benefit Concert will be $5 at the door for each night, but I recommend snagging the $8 two-day pass (use the two bucks you saved to get some raffle tickets). R/E Nightclub is located at 117 E. Market Street in Downtown Akron (a block east of the Art Museum). There is plenty of street parking and a lot located across the street.
