We Want to Live Blog

I think live blogging would be totally cool. We could go to an event and post as things happen; it's the text version of you being right there! Too bad the city isn't wireless. In fact our wirelessness rating has fallen.

Akron is cooler.

Well, cooler than Seattle, San Francisco, Atlanta, Denver and Toledo anyway.

And, no, this is not a good thing.

Akron has fewer ``hot spots'' for wireless Internet access than any of those cities, falling from No. 59 to No. 78 on Intel Corp.'s annual ``Most Unwired Cities'' survey.[...]

Toledo -- yes, as in Toledo, Ohio -- jumped 59 spots to No. 5.

Well, I guess it isn't impossible to do a live blogging event. There are wireless spots around town. But I don't think a live blogging of having a salad at McDonald's would be all that exciting.
