What's the 311?

My boss is a big fan of 311. You don't know what 311 is? It's the newest thing in Akron. Just dial 311 and you get hooked up with city. Then you can procede to ask them any question about the city. So far they've had the answers to "What's the number for the police?," "How do I throw a block party?" and my personal favoite "So is there a hamburger festival or something like that going on?"

I bet they have some really good stories of the crazy things people ask about. They should have keep a list of the question and publish the to 100 dumb questions people ask every year. They could probably make a whole fundraising event out of the evening.
