Saturday, October 1, will be a great day to test your knowledge of the side roads in Akron. The third annual Akron Marathon will be going on that day. If your knowledge of roads off the beaten path is limited, then you might consider running the marathon or get a team together and do a relay. Or if running's not your thing, then you could always go and watch. After all, the Akron Marathon is one of the 50 best marathons out there. Don't believe me? It's in this book.
